Research Director
Caroline has 30 years’ experience of exploring people’s motivations and behaviours in the service of business growth and transformation. She has worked with clients in the UK, Europe and North America – with a focus on global, multi-country research.
She is a highly experienced insight and research consultant, developing research-based insights that drive innovation and strategic decision making. She uses her knowledge of a broad qualitative and quantitative tool kit to help organizations develop brand and communications strategies – drawing on behavioural science, semiotics and cultural analysis to understand people and consumers and getting to grips with the latest technologies and thinking to capture true insight. With strong data-driven storytelling she is passionate about embedding insights into clients’ businesses.
Caroline has recently been awarded a Fellowship of the Market Research Society in the UK.
She is a Board Member of the AQR (Association for Qualitative Research) where she contributes to promoting the value of insight and qualitative research by developing and delivering skills training and thought leadership.
