You are invited to an upcoming webinar on Thursday, April 29th (12:00pm EDT / 11:00am CDT) where RESEARCH STRATEGY GROUP will explain how we use Behavioural Science to understand the “systematically irrational” consumer and develop strategies to help clients shape favourable consumer decision-making and behaviours.

Specifically, this session will focus on the COM-B model of behaviour, a diagnostic framework that covers a wide range of behavioural factors and identifies what needs to change in the person and/or the environment.

During the session we’ll discuss how to successfully…

  • Use behavioural science frameworks and tools to pinpoint the most salient determinants of consumer behaviour
  • Design effective ‘nudges’ to change how consumers behave
  • Create more favourable marketing & communication outcomes
