Managing Director Anne Coulter gave a very well-received presentation to a packed house at this popular Conference. Anne presented the unique Research Strategy Group segmentation protocol in a case study format based on work done for the Egg Farmers of Ontario. She highlighted and explained some of the unique features of the protocol. These included the use of a psychoanalytics investigation in the qualitative phase, a powerful choice-based Bayesian segmentation approach, and the use of videography to bring the segments “to life” for the client.
