Senior Behavioural Science Consultant
We take a multi-disciplinary approach to market research by combining the latest in behavioural science, ethnography, sociology, and foresight.
The ideal candidate should have an MA or Ph.D. in social psychology, organizational psychology, cognitive psychology, neuropsychology, behavioural economics, marketing science, or related field. Industry experience is strongly preferred (e.g. market research, design research, social policy, organizational psychology, UX/CX).
Senior Qualitative Research Consultant
The Senior Qualitative Research Consultant is responsible for conducting focus groups and in-depth interviews in a variety of areas.
We are looking for someone with at least 7 years of qualitative consulting experience in a fast-paced marketing research and insights agency. The ideal candidate will have conducted at least 100 focus groups over the course of their career, and be recognized as a respected moderator. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills are mandatory.
Experience in ethnographic research and in-situ interviewing are benefits.
Associate Vice President, Quantitative Research
This role is responsible for project and client management. This is an opportunity for an ambitious insights person who wants to grow their career and likes a challenge.
We are looking for someone with at least 6 years of consulting experience in a fast-paced marketing research and insights agency. The ideal candidate will have experience with quantitative research, with specific skills in project management, questionnaire design, and report writing. Experience with Excel is mandatory. Experience in the social sciences and advanced statistical analysis is a benefit.
Vice President of Client Services, Quantitative Research
The Vice President of Client Services, Quantitative Research is responsible for project and client management, as well as developing new business for the company.
The ideal candidate will have experience with advanced statistical analysis and sophisticated quantitative techniques including discrete choice modeling, and segmentation. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills are mandatory. The candidate should have at least 8 years of consulting experience in a fast-paced marketing research and insights agency.
