Members of our team had a great time attending Grant McCracken’s Culture Camp workshop last week. Dr. McCracken is a renowned Canadian anthropologist, a widely published author, and is currently affiliated with the Berkman Centre for Internet and Society at Harvard.
Increasingly, our clients are looking for more powerful strategic insights to drive their businesses forward and connect with customers at a deeper level. The all-day session highlighted the importance of applying a cultural lens to our work so we can explore shifts in the complexity and diversity of customers and apply this to the strategies we recommend to our clients.
At Research Strategy Group, our approach to market research and strategy has always been to apply a cultural lens to our story telling. This workshop has further engaged us in “the new rules” around customer motivations and choices. We can’t wait to apply our new learning.
