We recognize that human decision-making is governed by both rational and emotional factors.  Over the years we have continually tried to understand this complex relationship through the use of various approaches such as the use of psychoanalytics, semiotics, ethnography, discrete choice modelling, and choice-based segmentation.  To enhance these tools we have added behavioural science to our practice area under the direction of Dr. Rimma Teper.  Clients will have the opportunity to expand their understanding of how intuition and cognitive biases shape peoples’ everyday choices in predictable ways, as we develop new approaches to leverage these insights for marketers.  Please feel free to reach out to Rimma at
